  Lost power to all ground floor sockets including the boiler

  Terry was brilliant. Arrived with 15 mins, worked diligently to find the fault, explained everything carefully and made everything safe. We have to get our kitchen fitters back which is the only reason he couldn’t remediate but so helpful. Excellent service.
