Arrived promptly to carry out a boiler service. Was mindful of shoes on stair carpets (used shoe covers) When the service was completed showed us photos of the parts that could be a potential problem in the future and gave useful advice. We will definitely be using again!

I have used Tom Riggal annually as my gas inspector at the property I rent out for many years and he has always been very accommodating, interacted well with my tenant and never let me down. I had a boiler replaced a few years ago and some old pipes updated/installed, and the work was carried out quickly and to a high standard with minimum disruption. I’ve never had to worry about him not showing up or being late. I can highly recommend

Tom has always been a super competent plumbing expert on all our household plumbing requirements over the years, and the recently completed bathroom repair on our toilet was no different. Tom communicated his availability clearly, and then investigated and resolved our toilet issue promptly. Tom owned the order of the required part, and returned to fix the toilet when the part was delivered. Tom is always thorough, informative and friendly at all times, and this makes all customer experiences very positive. Would highly recommend Tom to all my family & friends for any plumbing jobs.
