Just had my roof and gutter fixed because of the recent storms. Richard is such a professional man and has a good firm to fix your roofing problems. I am so pleased with his work that l have recommended him to my daughter as her roof is leaking too. l only phoned him dinner time ,and the tile has been replaced and guttering fixed, not bad hey ?

A previous company had incorrectly laid roof tiles so they weren’t draining in to the gutter. Richard identified the cause of the leak quickly. He explained the whole process to us before and during the work. He was clear and transparent about the cost of the job. Everything was detailed clearly with no hidden extras once the job was complete. He even sent us before, during and after photos so we can see the work that had been done. Both Richard and Vern are professional, courteous and reliable. A trustworthy and professional company.

We had just been in our bungalow less than 18 months and needed roof and chimney repairs. Richard viewed the roof and identified that one of the two valleys needed replacing. Written quote and details of work required were quickly given. All work was carried out by the most helpful and friendly staff being completed in a day with a return visit the following day due to weather conditions I would certainly use Hughes Roofing again.

Having discovered a damp patch I contacted Hughes Roofing. Richard came and assessed the the job, then returned with Vernon to carry out the repairs. At all times they were very professional and courteous. They gave my roof an inspection and repaired some pointing, which I was aware needed doing, but at no time suggested any other work needed doing, which in this age of dubious workmen, is a great reassurance of a safe company. I would not use another company.

Prompt reply to first query. Came to look at job and talk it over unlike some others that I had contacted. Everybody involved in the job were friendly and polite from start to finish. The roof was great. I definitely made the right choice and a lot of people have said how nice it was.

From start to finish the service and courtesy from the company was excellent. Although repairs could not be done for a while, they came and carried out a temporary repair to stop the leak. Communication was excellent and job now completed. We have used the company several times in the past and would have no hesitation in using them again should a need arise.
