Jack and Jim are a credit to themselves. There time keeping, work commitment , finishing hand all round customer service was faultless. A pleasure getting to know them both and would highly recommend to others.

We had such a fantastic experience with Hughes homes development. Jack and Jim were always on time, Reliable, Fantastic tradesmen and after 10 weeks it felt like they were part of the family. They took the time to show my 3 very interested children everything they were doing. Overall the experience was amazing and I will never use another builder again.

We would definitely NOT recommend Hughes home improvements. Unless of course you’re ok a with slap dash, lack of attention to detail, “yes, not a problem mate” type of builder. Until of course there actually is a problem or you are slightly unhappy with something then, of course…it is a problem. Be warned if something becomes faulty in the first few weeks after completion he will agree to come back and sort it but then not turn up. Rinse and repeat four or five times until he will ghost you all together. Leaving you to find and pay someone else to fix his shoddy work!

Jack was amazing and a lovely guy, explained what he was doing throughout and managed to fit us in just before Christmas. He turned our under the stairs space into a great new downstairs toilet/sink, we are really happy with it and we would recommend Jack to anyone, and if we need any work done in the future I would ask him first

After a frustrating experience with an unprofessional builder who botched my bathroom renovation and took payment upfront, I was left with a mess and a lot of regret. Thankfully, I found Huges Home Development Their professionalism and attention to detail were on a completely different level. They redid my bathroom beautifully, ensuring every aspect was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality workmanship.

We are absolutely over the moon with our new bathroom! After previously having a bad experience with another builder, we were nervous about getting the next project done, but Jack put us at ease, explained everything that was going to be done and totally went with our unusual requests, even gave us some better ideas! The tiling is immaculate and the overall finish is very high end. Both Jack and his colleague Jim were polite and very tidy workers who both cleaned meticulously at the end of the day. Both of them went over and above to give us a perfect bathroom we can relax in!
