Moved into new house and could not provide service history for boiler so agreed to a full service. Was in full working order. Unfortunately during the service Darryl broke the boiler. He bought parts and spent lengthy time on phone to boiler advice line and returned next day to try and fix it but could not fix. We eventually got main boiler company out to fix. They told us it had been broken due to Darryl getting parts wet incorrectly, causing multiple failure. Cost us a lot of money and a lot of stress in Christmas lead up. No heating for a week, 4 days off work. Darryl denying liability.

I highly recommend Darryl for any heating services, he conducted all work to an extremely high standard and was very prompt, knowledge and provided excellent, impartial advice based on our requirements.

Leaking boiler fix

Darryl came to fix a leak in my boiler, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was incredibly polite and professional throughout, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. The leak was fixed perfectly and given a full service. I highly recommend Darryl to anyone needing boiler repairs.
