Cannot fault Layne at all. From the initial phone call to the very prompt arrival for our emergency water leak. Layne was able to give clear guidance and completed the repair ending our worry. He worked with care and attention to detail. Will definately be using him again.

I phoned today - a Saturday in a panic because of a leak - Layne was friendly polite and helpful. He arrived promptly and did a thorough investigation to identify and then fix the problem! What a legend! I’ve had some really bad experiences with other builders recently. So good to find someone professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.

I contacted Layne, yesterday and he came this morning and on time. He checked everything thoroughly and ensured he made little damage as possible to keep costs down. He was able to solve the problem immediately and also found the leak that was happening above our en suite and sorted that out for us for free. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!
