I woke to discover my boiler was not working. I contacted Harvey in a panic and he was able to come round promptly and after an initial attempt to repair the boiler, it became clear that this would not be cost effective was agreed that a new boiler was what we needed. The arrangements to install the new boiler was equally quick and easy. The work was carried out as promised and very efficiently. I've used Harvey and team for many years to help with heating and plumbing issues and have always found them friendly and to provide a great service. Highly recommended.

The job was complicated due to very long pipe runs in a large house. Harvey and Ryan did a fantastic in sorting out the spaghetti of old pipe work and the complications of a large floor standing boiler. The job was delivered within time and estimate. Both Harvey and Ryan were very personable and explained in understandable terms what they were doing and why. Highly recommended.

Harvey and his team helped us move the washing machine from the kitchen to the spare room. He has managed to locate a suitable mains water supply downstairs to use to do this. It was all done within a day. Minimal fuss and made good too. Really happy with approach, quality and speed of work.

Harvey did a great job changing our existing water immersion heater to a pressurised water tank in order for us to have hot water using the mains system. He first checked whether this would be suitable for home. Explained pros and cons before we went ahead. He and his team were professional, courteous and did a brilliant job removing the old water tank and immersion heater and adding the pressure water tank. Done quickly, cleanly and with minimal impact to us. Great job.
