Unfortunately he turned up 2 hours earlier than arranged and we were just on our way out. It was fine by us as we have quite a large garden and we’re pleased to see him so we asked if we could look around the garden by himself (we’re actually both disabled so walking is a bit difficult) We assumed he’d left as we didn’t see him as we left, an I messaged him the next day apologising for having to leave but no reply. Harry and his team did a great job clearing a very overgrown section of garden, trimming back the bits we wanted to keep and replacing a rotting fence infested with some very stubborn Ivy. Harry arrived promptly - was very courteous and carried out the job in the rain. I was very impressed. He dismantled the old rotten gate and has done an excellent job installing the new one with a lock and key instead of the previous latch. This was quite an awkward job as the ivy was growing up a very high fence which was situated at the top of a bank. Harry did the job brilliantly and this now looks really neat and tidy, and the bank, which is full of spring bulbs, looks untouched. Everything was tidied up and the whole area looks 100% better.
