Very courteous, managed to fix the issue easily with no problems.

Really good with pre-work chat and scheduling. Gave me two options for the fix. Let me know in advance that it would be a little noisy, which was helpful as I was still working. Very clean, quick and advised me after how to contact if there were any after issues. Really positive experience!

We had an issue with a valve replacement on a Aqualisa shower. After calling out the Aqualisa verified engineer even he could not finish the repair so Harry kindly agreed to look at it. He came on time as promised and did an amazing job in installing the valve, the Aqualisa engineer advised that we would have to cut into the tiles but Harry expertly managed to avoid this and performed the job to a high standard, he even managed to sort out the dripping shower! We will definitely be using him again! The best plumber I’ve ever worked with!
