  Horrific!

  Someone came to unclog our bath and now water is leaking from upstairs down onto the walls downstairs. The leakage is really bad, not sure what the person did but now we have to contact someone else to fix it as we definitely do not trust this company anymore. Absolutely a waste of time.

  Quick and efficient service.

  Semi came within an hour of us discussing the job. The problem was more difficult to resolve than I had described but Semi was able to identify the source of the issue and was able to deal with it effectively and efficiently. Semi was also concientious in ensuring the kitchen was left clean and dry after the work was completed. I would use Semi again.

  Shower fitting

  Semi was brilliant, he responded so quickly and came out to quote us promptly. His communication was great and very reassuring. He was very reliable, friendly and professional. Will definitely use HS again.

  Sinan came out with in 40 minutes and installed new lighting in our lounge. Sinan was efficient and tidy and the lights look great

  Radiator pipe broken

  I had a problem with my radiator pipe and contacted Checkatrade for help. HS Plumbing got back to me the same day, which was awesome! After my previous attempt to get someone out failed, I went with HS Plumbing. Semi showed up within hrs to checkout the issue. He quickly returned with right parts and fixed everything up without any hassle. Plus, he even offered to bleed all my radiators. I definitely recommend HS Plumbing for their great communication and reliable service- thanks Maria

  Bathroom shower, thermostatic valve, bathtub tap, basin tap and pump replacement

  Had a shower issue the night before and two plumbers came the next day to fix it—quick, efficient, and professional. They handled multiple tasks in one visit, sourced parts themselves, and even tested the old shower pump before installing the new one, just to confirm it was faulty. If it had worked, they would’ve returned the new unit—really appreciated that honesty. They also made calls to check stock and drove out twice to pick up materials. Great attitude, fast service, and genuinely tried to help. Would definitely recommend.
