Harry replied to the announcement on the next day I posted it. After some questions and answers done via the platform Harry passed to measure the work, showed me the carpet options. 3 days after I had the quote. When we agreed on the price we booked a date, he did the installation (even helped me with some tips to fix the stairs noise!). All looks good and well installed. All went as expected. Price was good.
