Sebastian and the team at HS&B renovated our three bedroom flat in West London (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, hallway) over a three month project. I couldn’t recommend HS&B highly enough. They are complete professionals both in terms of the quality of their work and the reliability of their service. We were working to a tight timeframe with the pending birth of our second child, and Sebastian delivered a top notch renovation on time and on budget. Everything has been completed to a high specification, including plastering, painting, joinery, tiling, electrics, and plumbing.

Sebastian and his team turned up when they said they would, and worked through some of the best (?!) of the January British weather to complete a complex roof build on my extension. They were courteous and tidy and always friendly to talk to. I won't be hesitating to get Sebastian and his team to help me complete the rest of the build later in the year.

I recently hired Seb and his crew to install an ACO drain, lay a patio foundation, and build a small retaining wall. From the start, Seb was exceptional—providing a clear quote with a start and finish date he met precisely. His honest, thoughtful design ideas for the patio and wall led to an outstanding result, and he explained every detail and cost along the way. Seb kept me updated daily, making sure we felt valued. After finishing, he even pressure-washed the drive, leaving everything spotless. I’ll gladly have Seb back and highly recommend him for quality work and professionalism

I start building my rear extension last year and I came across with HS&B Construction, on the beginning thinking to use them just for foundation. This being done, I discovered they can do everything, and because I was impressed by tidiness I was convinced to carry on with them so I ended up to do most of the important job wit them. The quality provided is at the highest standards and the price is more than acceptable for this level. After about 6 months I was needed my garden, fences and the driveway done, I call them again, and in 1 month it was all done. Highly recommended.

I had managed to pull the handrail off my stair wall. Sebastian and his team were hugely courteous and highly professional. I would absolutely recommend.
