  Via Checkatrade contacted firm who rung back and said they'd visit over next 4 evenings. Never heard another word. A fortnight later when I contacted to say I'd now sorted they said 'sorry, we've been too busy'!

  If someone comes when they say they will and does what you agreed in an efficient and friendly manner you can't really argue. Harry is punctual and polite, friendly and helpful. He dealt with our aged tree very efficiently and tidied up like a boss. Thank you so much.
