I would recommend HRG Smart Heating for any boiler installation. Guy recently replaced my old unit with a new one, and the service was faultless. From the first call to the final handover, the communication was clear and professional. The installation was tidy, and most importantly, the pricing was very fair and transparent with no hidden costs. High quality workmanship at a competitive price. 10/10 service.

I contacted Guy to look at my leaking water heater. He took the time to try and fix it. When it was clear it was beyond repair, he went to a lot of trouble to source a replacement and kept me and my tenant informed of progress. He fitted the new boiler just before Christmas to ensure my tenant had hot water over the holidays.

woke up to no heating and hot water. called HRG if he could come and check the boiler. He talked us through what to do on the phone so as to get immediate heating and then booked us in for a service. Followed his steps on video call and heating came back on. Taking time to walk us through the steps was a 'wow' moment for me as many other companies wouldnt have bothered. Thank you.
