Karol and his dad fitted my bathroom and we were very happy with the result. However, just shy of two years down the line, we noticed some problems with the wall panels in the shower area. After investigating, it transpired there had been an issue with the panels' installation. I communicated with Karol about this, and he immediately offered to take the panels off and refit them again free of charge. This was not a small job, and took them a few days, so I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty in getting this problem fixed. Now our bathroom is like new again and it looks great!

Most often i will have no time for trades people , cause they cut corners for a a quick burk. However, from the first time i met this guy, Honesty and friendliness just radiates over him, and just as i suspected, he did a wonderful job to save me from this leaks that have been happening for two years desroty the ceiling

We have used HQ Home Improvements on a number of occasions and have always been delighted with the result. They are honest, trustworthy, skilled and hardworking and I would definitely recommend them. On this occasion it was a smaller job to make good the walls of a small flat, but they carried out the work efficiently and well. Highly recommend.

Karol and Marek did an amazing work at one of my properties what I'm managing. Prompt response on the inquiry, arrangements between us and tenants that they could come and quote the works. 2 days after they send the quote, all agreed with the landlord, works proceed to start next day. Extremely accommodating to the needs of the landlord and tenant, really good work that all parties were impressed and satisfies with the works with such a short period of time (2 days in total). I used their service in the past that is why I returned to them again. Fantastic work! thank you for that !

Fantastic job! Another amazing outcome for the completing works. We were waiting for the material some time but guess what ? Once the material arrived the decking was completed withing 2 days! Extremely fast and professional. Karol cleared all the rubbish what was found under the old decking, arranged waste collection which he cleared without hesitation and continue with the works. How many people would offer and do that? Is an extra mile what is really appreciated but many people would not see it and do it, in professional way. Definitely I will use HQ in the future again! Highly recommend !!

Karol definitely goes the extra mile. Came out quickly for inspection and quote. Works efficiently and quickly and even better......tidily! Our newly refurbished bathroom looks spectacular! Will definitely be hiring again.
