Nick and his team installed a new downstairs cloakroom. From start to finish we couldn’t have been more pleased. Nick returned all our phone calls really promptly, always arrived when they said they would and were extremely clean and tidy. Dean is a fabulous tiler and his attention to detail is second to none and we have exactly the end result we were hoping for. All in all they were all a pleasure to have around and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Called this company after getting ripped off by an emergency plumber. We had no hot water for 5 days and the response from Nick was extremely prompt, highly professional and he helped us through with a very neat tank replacement. Highly recommended.

We decided to get a complete bathroom refurb after a leak from our shower . Nick had fitted our gas boiler and as we had been very happy with that, we asked him to completely renovate the bathroom. His lads were clean, quick and efficient, and our bathroom now looks wonderful. The shower is probably the best one I have ever used. The cost was extremely reasonable for what was done, especially as there was an extra problem with some rotten floorboards and joists, which Nick and his boys fixed with no fuss and little extra cost. In summary, I couldn’t rate Nick Hoyle and his lads more highly.

From day 1 of what I would describe as an arduous installation, Nick and his team (Dean, Charlie and Connor) were upbeat, well humoured and respectful. (We live in a very old property with elderly neighbours and everyone without question commented on their professionalism.) We set the team numerous challenges (not intentionally) 😉 and absolutely nothing phased them…well if it did thry genuinely never showed it. We are SO pleased with every bit of the installation. Nick also provided genuine advice which we really appreciated.
