    Craig from Howes Improvements carried out several jobs for me, including fixing gates, laying new flooring, reinforcing floor joists, and moving a soil stack. He was reliable, turned up on time, and communicated clearly throughout. His workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail, and he made sure everything was done properly. He worked efficiently but didn’t rush, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Very professional service overall and I’d have no hesitation recommending him to others or using him again in future.

    By chance I met Craig after having a bad experience. He took a look at the things to put right. And further work needed to be done. The work he did was with pride & precision building very large gates, making door for garage complete all wood around garage roof. Demolition off very large old shed sorted skip, nothing left to chance. Very impressed by his attitude & attention to detail.

The work included building two bespoke dog kennels, updating existing light fittings, and laying both vinyl flooring and herringbone LVT – all completed to an exceptional standard. Timekeeping was spot on every day, which immediately set the tone for a professional and reliable service. Communication was clear throughout, and every aspect of the job was explained and carried out with real attention to detail.
