  William's communication was excellent from start to finish. He gave me a short window on the day and arrived exactly when he said he would. Very happy with the service I received, and I will definitely use him again in the future.

  Will was punctual & very pleasant. He did the service of my boiler with no disruption to myself. he identified a problem for which he ordered a part & returned the following week to fit it. I sm very pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again

  Great gas engineer.

  William came to our rescue to invetigate and fix a problem with our gas boiler. He apologised that as he was away he could not come immediately but came on Sunday afternoon on his way home. He fiixed the problem quickly and efficiently and offered to make some alterations to avoid the problem (a blockage in the condensate pipe) recurring. I recommend him highly.
