Jason is unreliable. His working method is chaotic but we trusted he knew what he was doing. When questioned about anything he assured us it would all be sorted out at the final stage. We now have 3 unfinished wardrobes, 5 unfinished bedrooms, 1 unfinished hallway/stair way, 1 half mist coated kitchen and 2 untouched living rooms. Jason invoiced for interim payment which we paid without properly checking the work to date was of an acceptable standard & warranted the invoice. We’ve since found out that it didn’t and that he had cut lots of corners. He’s now not answering his phone!

Our experience with Hove place decorators was excellent. Jason returned our messages promptly, answered any questions we had and provided a quote when he said he would. His workmanship was outstanding, he kept the work area clean and tidy and always cleaned up after he finished. Very happy customer.
