    Cavity Wall insulation

    Highest recommendation from my wife and I based on these key factors. 1) Ossie came round and carried out a professional external and internal survey of the cavity walls as well as damp measurements. A detailed report of his findings, including pictures, were sent promptly with a detailed quote. 2) His team arrived on agreed date and time and carried out the work professionally taking account of any questions or concerns we raised. 3) The latter were dealt with promptly. 4) They cleared and cleared thoroughly. 5) Sent a final report with details and pictures. 6) Quick and timely comms

    Internal insulated wall installation

    Couldn’t be more happy with the service from the first visit to the date of installation and the final touch up visit. Ozzie and the team have done a fanatic job installing insulated wall on 2 of my wall in the bedroom. Big shout out to Grace who is extremely responsive and organised, and keep's everything running smoothly. During installation, one wall couldn’t fit insulation due to space limit , but Ozzie and his team were fantastic—they went beyond scope to remove the old plaster, making room for insulation and giving a cleaner finish. I’m very grateful for their flexibility and hardwork

    Roof rafter loft insulation

    Initial visit was prompt; Ozzie was very considerate of my property, professional & thorough, with a comprehensive report and quote provided by email within 2 days. Work was completed the same week. The two man team were very pleasant & easy to get on with. The team discussed the proposed works and answered my questions in a very straightforward and professional manner. The timbers in the loft were awkward to work around to install the breathable membrane, eaves trays for ventilation, rockwool and Super Quilt insulation. All was done to a high standard, taped seams and tidied up. Very happy.

    The surveyor was very thorough and explained the whole process. The install team were polite and efficient. When a cable was accidentally damaged the company was happy to cover the cost of repair. I would recommend their services to others.

    The service has been excellent so far. As explained by Household Investments Limited, I hope the heating will perform even better during colder days, with no issues arising. Based on online reviews and their assurances, I was confident that any potential problems would be promptly resolved.     Cavity wall/loft insulation/garage insulation & ceiling

    Ozzie came out for a full survey for cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and garage insulation and ceiling improvements. He was extremely meticulous and detailed answering all our questions. We booked the job based on the fair price we got compared to other quotes and also based on his professionalism and knowledgeable response to all our questions. The team completed the job very smoothly as we had agreed and in our opinion went over and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. We are greatful we got this reliable team to assist we our works.
