Friendly and punctual. Was given a morning time slot between 9-1 and received a call to let me know when they were on their way. Guy that showed up asked for a brief description of the problem and explained what the costs might be depending on what the problem ended up being and asked if was happy to proceed. Once agreed he got to work and within about half hour, my washer-dryer was fixed! He brought all the tools needed and left the place tidier than when he arrived. Would definitely use them again!

First time in using house domestic repairs as im a First time homeowner. Thanks to the great and friendly service I recieved it made me feel connected to people who have the skills and expertise to carry out the work efficiently. After posting the job on Checkatrade, House Domestic Repairs contacted me really quickly and arranged for an engineer to come out the next day. On the day, I got a call to say they would be about half an hour. The engineer was very friendly and did exactly what was needed and quickly. I've already passed their number to a family member who had a problem with their washing machine.

This is the second time we’ve used House Domestic Repairs and they are fantastic. I managed to secure an out of hours appointment to work around my work commitments and we now have a fully functioning tumble dryer when I thought all hope was lost. A fantastic appointment, very reasonably priced and we’ll certainly be using them again. 5 stars!
