From the beginning, Chris and the team were very good - we had good communication and the quality was excellent. We haven't had any major home improvement works done before, and Chris helped to explain some of the quirks of the process. We haven't had much in the way of rain this Summer yet, but there are no noticeable leaks that I can tell. The neighbours were mostly happy with the process.

We recently had big project done by Chris and his team at House 2 Home Ltd: loft conversion, first floor accessible bathroom, remodelling, extensive scaffolding + roof work. Very happy with our choice of builders. Chris’s team was professional, punctual, and skilled. The scaffolding was well-constructed, providing a safe + efficient setup for the loft extension. Their attention to detail + communication was great, + they ensured everything was completed to a high standard. Understanding the needs of my disabled family members was important + they were v helpful and kind.

This is the second large job Chris has undertaken at our property - twenty years on our two bathrooms still look like new. Chris has completed the refurbishment of our wooden conservatory including repair and painting of the exterior, laying of new flooring and new plasterboard walls. He and his team were professional, polite and the work is all completed to a very high standard.

Extension incorporated new kitchen diner and utility with low pitched roof and velux windows. All tradespeople were very experienced, work was carried out to a high standard. Chris ensured highest quality materials were used whilst keeping budget in mind. All involved were polite and reliable.

Ground clearance and foundation excavation - involved moving inspection chamber; bridging and protecting existing drainage according to Southern Water specifications. Chris's team worked hard despite challenging weather. Always courteous and kept us well-informed. They strived to avoid disruption to us and our neighbours.
