  From the initial house call to the boiler installation Hoton' Heating were great. Neil took time to explain the potential issues as our existing pipes were smaller than required for most modern boilers. He gave me 3 quotes, for me to decide which option I wanted. He recommended a Valiant boiler which is more tolerant of smaller pipes and so less likely for the need to install new ones. The actual fitting went very smoothly. The two lads were prompt and worked all day, keeping me updated. They were very tidy. Would certainly use again although hopefully not for a few years.

  Top company. From start to finish a very first class experience. Hoton heating supplied me with a comprehensive quotation and every aspect was carried out to a high standard. The installation engineers were excellent professionals who completed the installation to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate not hesitate to recommend this company.

  Neil visited within 24 hours of initial contact. He took the time to explain thoroughly, various solutions to my boiler problem. A written quotation was provided the next day. Engineer's attended promptly and acted friendly but professionally throughout. Job completed within the time quoted and answered all the questions we had about the installation. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company.

  Both men worked under abnormal conditions roof was waiting to be replaced all attic goods and rubbish had been in the room where they had to work We could have not asked for any thing more they did a great job explained everything kept everything clean and tidy and did all outside alterations professionally New boiler well fitted and working well 10 out of 10

  Very good service. Engineers were clean tidy and helpful. No sales pressure after quotation. Many options provided with various prices offered. Work explained in terms that were easily understood. Very friendly aftercare call from Lynn when work was completed. Highly recommended.
