My ancient burglar alarm finally broke so I contacted Paul (HSS) who gave me a quote and arrived on time on the day and just quietly got on with the job. He took time to explain the alarm and ensured I understand. I would highly recommend Paul who just quietly got on with fixing the new alarm, never stopping till it was fitted and I was satisfied and understood the new system. He took the old sensors down and did as neat a job as he could, trying not to disturb the decorations, he then cleaned up after himself. Competitive price and didn't deviate from the original quote and to phone anytime if a problem

Paul fitted our alarm after a break in a few years ago. He was really accommodating despite it being over the Christmas period and the alarm system was great. We have had no real issues other than once the battery died after a power cut. Again he came out the next day and fixed the issue. He services once a year and is always friendly and on time. At this most recent service he even removed a security light causing an issue at no extra cost. A great guy at the top of his trade.
