Hopkins turned up during the arrange timeframe, and promptly replaced the extractor fan. Cleaning up the dust etc after themselves and re-chalking the surround to make it look tidy.

Hopkins has been amazing from start to finish. Constant contact confirming days and times, the guys who have been to my property have both been very polite and respectful of my home.
Identified main cause of my problem and rectified it with no issues.
