  Cannot recommend Connor enough! He was able to carry out the work the very next day. He was reliable and left the area spotless! I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

  No messing, no overcharging, just honest and genuine

  Connor came out was very thorough and honest, didn't try to upsell or suck air through his teeth to say I was gonna need to spend so much more, he did a great job, talked me through the whole things and we are now waiting for the part to arrive to finish the job. Can't recommend him enough, what a lovely genuine guy.

  Don’t waste your time.

  Don’t bother. Called out for me to tell the guy what was wrong with the washing machine, he agreed that was the problem and ordered the part. Text me to say the part would be delayed and he’d booked me back in for Monday which I had already said I couldn’t do and the part still arrived that day anyway so he could’ve come on his original planned date. We tried to fit the part ourselves due to the delay but unfortunately he’d ordered the wrong part it had a different connection so I asked for a refund on the part, I’m now being ignored by Connor so looks like I won’t be getting my money back.

  Came within 24 hours, kept up to date as job went on left area clean and identified issue. Would hire again for other whites good issues. Nice friendly laf good with the dog.
