Booked in advance by phone, a few weeks back. Had an automatic reminder sent (on a Sunday) for a mid-morning appointment on Monday. Engineer turned up on time and carried out the work as expected. Would recommend.

Replaced 30 year old boiler in my Flat and replaced some taps and Kitchen sink also done some work in Bathroom, very quick and was kept up to date by Andy on progress, left the Flat very clean and tidy, will have no hesitation in recommending them for any Heating or Plumbing work in the Reading area.

We had our shower and then on a separate visit our three way valve replaced by Hoopla. Our engineer Martin arrived on time worked very efficiently and left us up and running. A very neat tidy operation in both cases very good quality work and no mess. We have no hesitation in recommending Hoopla and will certainly be using them again when we next need their services.
