I requested a quote to install a new oil boiler in a new location at my property. Andy was quick to attend for a quote and provided confidence that the job could be completed easily. We selected Hoopla based on the initial visit and the speed of response to follow up questions. Andy and team attended to complete the job and completed it quickly, efficiently (and tidily!) and were accommodating to changes of plans. We really appreciated their approach to the work and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Andy and Olly performed a power flush and full check of my central heating. They were very friendly, tidy and took time to explain everything they were doing. The CH system is working very well again after their servicing. Would highly recommend.

Booked in advance by phone, a few weeks back. Had an automatic reminder sent (on a Sunday) for a mid-morning appointment on Monday. Engineer turned up on time and carried out the work as expected. Would recommend.
