Excellent, arranged the visit quickly and the work was completed to excellent standard. Communicated with me very well when specialist parts were needed and arranged a follow up visit to fit these parts very speedily.

Booked in advance by phone, a few weeks back. Had an automatic reminder sent (on a Sunday) for a mid-morning appointment on Monday. Engineer turned up on time and carried out the work as expected. Would recommend.
