  I reached out to Peter through the Severn Trent approved plumbers directory. Due to the scale and complexity of this job we wanted a plumber we could trust. Meeting with Peter proved this, he not only has the knowledge but the attention to detail. The effort in which Peter went to, to complete our job was beyond anything we've experienced in the past. Peter was always clear in his communication and had no trouble explaining processes if we were unsure. His work speaks for itself. It's neat, professional and I'm confident it'll last for years to come. It's almost a shame to hide it!

  Hot Water Cylinder Repair & Service

  Peter replied to my initial contact straightaway, and came round that same evening to assess the job. He was helpful & friendly, advised me what needed doing and said he could do it in two days time, which was excellent. He sent me the estimate, I accepted it and on the day itself he was here right on time. On the job, Peter kept me informed throughout, telling me what he was doing and why. He was finished in four hours, and was careful in clearing up and making good. Overall, I highly recommend Peter, he is an excellent, professional plumber and is very respectful of his clients' homes.

  Kitchen sink unblocked

  I called Peter after my numerous failed DIY attempts to fix a blockage in our kitchen draining system. Happily he had a free slot on the same day! Peter sorted the issue in no time, and was happy for me to look over his shoulder (once a DIY'er, always a DIY'er). I am very happy with the quality of Peter's work and will call him again without any doubt.

  Removal of Kitchen Tap

  We had been in contact with Peter already about some work we needed doing in our kitchen. Yesterday (Sunday) we were picking up secondhand kitchen from another property and were unable to get the tap out (it was welded in). I contacted Peter and he was there within the hour. He was incredibly professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to use his services again and will recommend him to others.
