  Peter went above and beyond and made valuable suggestions on how to improve my system. The work was completed to an excellent standard. He worked very hard to finish everything in one day. His communications were detailed and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

  Honest, professional and reliable.

  We used HOM Plumbing during a weekend emergency when our shower began leaking one morning. This meant that we needed to shut off the mains water supply to the house. HOM were fast to respond to our call and arrived on site promptly. The Team took great pride in keeping us informed of the issue, possible fixes, options and timescales and so we always knew where we stood. We feel that they offer an honest, transparent and professional service and we highly recommend them.

  Toilet was leaking through the ceiling of room below at the weekend

  Out of 9 calls made this morning (Sunday), Peter was the only person who not only responded quickly but agreed to come out the same day. He was out but FaceTimed me to guide me through how to isolate the water to the problem toilet so that I could have water back on in the rest of the house. He arrived ahead of time, was extremely pleasant and friendly, not only dealt with the repair but also looked at another plumbing issue that we had. I would highly recommend this firm, very impressive.

  Leak

  Called through this website, quick response and further communication to gain more information. However, after further texts over about 24 hours to arrange times I just didn’t hear from him again. I’ve had no further communication.

  Damaged Pipework + Stop tap Issues

  In short, something fell off my washing machine, causing damage. To add to it, my stop tap did not stop anything... I put a job up on Checkatrade, and fortunately Peter from HoM.plumbing was the first reply. I sent some pictures/video + description of the issue - within 15 minutes he'd given me a quote to come the next day. It was incredibly reasonable given every other reply was £80 call out and £150+ an hour. The job itself was more complex than it seemed, Peter was incredibly professional and explained what was happening at all times, and stuck to his price! Highly recommended!!
