I had a log burner and fireplace surround fitted. Russell was exceptionally quick to communicate with me and they did a fantastic job of the removal and installation. We needed to convert our existing open fireplace to a wood burning stove. We visited the showroom and had a very helpful conversation with Russell and chose a stove in keeping with the room. We arranged a date, he was punctual and had it fitted the same day and then came back a few days later to light it and make sure we knew how to use it properly. Russell and his colleague turn’d up on time, very professional, work was carried out professionally, clean, and tidy. NOT A MOBILE PHONE IN SIGHT ALL DAY!! Made sure everything was working fully and gave me all the info needed to operate my wood burner correctly, can’t fault the service at all!!! Fireplaces built, lime rendered and plastering services. Slate/granite/limestone hearths supplied and fitted. Wooden beams of any size and finish to suit and compliment the overall appearance.
