Andy called out and connected my parents internet up for them as their broadband was changing over whilst we were away. The communication was very good and even though he was on holiday when we contacted him he got straight back to us. He completed the work and set everything up for them, including all their iPads, phones and Alexa, they were very pleased. He was on time, friendly and carried out the work quickly and professionally. Having used Andy previously on a problem with our broadband connection I would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.

Andy fitted a ring doorbell for a family member, and set it up on their phone too, explaining clearly how to use it. Andy was very kind and patient and we were very happy with the service he carried out. We would recommend him highly.
