Job completed quickly and site left tidy. Young man worked well and was polite and informative about different options regarding the repair. Patrick was a very clear and helpful communicator and Luke who arrived to do the work was also very good - the closing mechanism on my fire door had been broken for some time so I had asked Home Solutions to either repair or replace it. Even when the solution was perhaps not as easy as first hoped, they found a way to deliver exactly what I wanted.
