  Re-insert a loose roof tile.

  The guy who rang first said they'd be there Thursday afternoon, no one turned up. I rang him at 17:30 asking where they were, he said he'd get back to me. I rang him back 30 minutes later, but he didn't pick up so I left a message. Not heard anything back, I'll find someone else.

  Luke came to replace a tile.

  This was a full roof replacement, carried out quickly and tidily, with the workers showing respect for the property. Scaffolding removed punctually at the end of the job.

  The team started the work early and were able to complete it very efficiently to time, including an extension of the original scope which they were able to accommodate and a couple of extra pieces thrown in. Very happy with the final work. This was the second time we’ve used Luke and team and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again in future. Thanks!

  New tiled roof and flat bay roofs

  From our first meeting with Luke he was very informative and knowledgeable, using videos to explain the job. He was very reliable with excellent timekeeping. The job was done quickly and efficiently from start to finish with a good teams. All were pleasant and respectful. The final resulting roofs giving us the confidence that we are now watertight. Luke took close up videos to show the completed job. The price was competitive and the same as we were quoted by someone else last year with also the same advice which gave us great confidence in Luke. Highly recommended.
