    Chimney and parapet wall work to fix leak

    Excellent work done all round. We needed our chimney repointed and work done on the parapet wall adjoined to our neighbours that was leaking into our top floor. Luke came to inspect the site and climbed onto the roof in order to provide a detailed quote after his inspection. When work was carried out his guys arrived on time as promised and carried out an excellent standard of work which they verified with photo and video evidence after they were finished. Very happy overall and would highly recommend!

    Moss removal, guttering repairs and clearance. Roof repairs.

    The job started off, with worries about moss buildup on the roof and the need for guttering to be cleared. We got an initial quote for this, which Home Shield (Southern) stuck to. However upon starting the job further problems were identified, which clearly needed to be tackled. Short of having a new roof, the company gave us a cheaper solution, to have these faults rectified. We were relieved to have been given this compromise solution. We were very happy with the work carried out, and would certainly use them again, if needs arise.

    Re-felting of flat roof

    Luke and his team were incredibly professional and very prompt with the job they undertook re-felting our flat roof. Everything was communicated very clearly and timelines were brilliant. The completed work looks fabulous and the whole site was left very clean and tidy.

    I couldn’t be happier with the new roof! From the initial quote to the final cleanup, the team was professional, transparent, and efficient.
