Phil was super responsive and was able to come out the same day our shower broke. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and came back immediately when another issue occurred. He left our place very tidy considering he had a lot of work to do. A reliable, honest and reasonable worker, will be using Phil again if needed!

With a prompt reply and show up on the same day, Phil, the attended engineer demonstrates the professionalism. He solved the problem very quickly and effectively, he was also willing to provide the valuable comment to my enquiry.

Fitted 2 security cameras.. Phil came up with solutions in addressing a difficult angle to capture via security camera. He then sourced, cut and painted steel post to fit camers on whilst blending it in with environment.

Phil has completed work for my sister-in-law and me on several occasions, and his workmanship has always been excellent. However, in my most recent job, I paid him an advance of £150 in February to install an external socket. Since then, he has repeatedly agreed to attend but failed to show up each time, offering various reasons. Despite multiple attempts to contact him via phone, text, and WhatsApp, he has stopped responding altogether. I’ve now lost confidence in his reliability, and the situation has caused considerable stress over several months. Eddie

Great service and an excellent electrician! Friendly and reliable would highly recommend! I have since utilised Phil’s services for a further electrical job re some kitchen lights and again the service was excellent!

We were having issues with our outside alarm. Phil wasn’t able to get to our house but he took time to explain over the phone what the potential issues might be & he was able to cause of problem. He didn’t ask for a fee and didn’t pressure us to book a date for him to come and fix the alarm. Superb customer service.
