Initial contact was fine, then he simply failed to turn up when he said, without any prior communication, and failed to respond on three occasions. Shockingly poor service

Firstly i'd like to tender my unreserved apologies to Mr Thomson for failing to attend his property on 7th April , unfortunately i was taken ill on the 6th April and subsequently hospitalised for a period of 4 days with a severe Campylobacter infection that required supportive medical assistance.
Regrettably i was physically unable to contact him to reschedule our appointment having no immediate family able to assist me, being a member of Checkatrade for some 8 years now, with string of normally high scoring reviews, i can only offer my sincere apologies to Mr Thomson again , as not normally in the habit of letting clients down.
