Project was a nightmare and very stressful. I have put work completed as July 2022 as this was when I paid the invoice but I am still having problems today. There isn't enough room here to list all the problems. My ceiling has been ruined twice with water pouring in and they botched the repair. Roofers used wrong products, left holes in the roof, left tiles broken, the list goes on and on. My roof still isn't water tight and they refuse to answer my numerous emails, phone is always engaged. They should be ashamed of themselves, avoid this company if you want good job done.

Single Story Extension

I would not recommend this building company. We've had numerous problems. - Poor plastering finish throughout, still have huge cracks with no response from HBR. - Floor joists slope considerably (feels like you are walking down a hill). - Tried chasing up and still missing components for expensive supplied bifold doors. - Plumbing leaked and caused laminate flooring to blow with promise of compensation but never received. - Overcharged for electrics. Only positive were the groundworkers and bricklayer. Avoid.

I’m very happy with my new bathroom that this company installed, they have been fantastic from start to finish and also helped with the design. I absolutely love the tilling it's given me the modern bathroom I’ve always dreamed of.

Loft conversion

Nightmare start to finish really. I realised the front roof timbers were not in line so there was a huge dip in the joists and in the ridge. The dormer roof was also completely bowed. They accepted it was terrible and got a more capable guy on the job and they did the best they could to make it better but I am left with a terrible mess. I doubt I will ever be able to sell this house as you can see the dormer roof is still completely bowed. The real elevation wall is tilted outwards by about 3 inches. Water was pouring in throughout the works whenever it rained.

Really happy with the work carried out and the standard of these guys. The clear communication was also noteworthy as we were never left in the dark and we were given regular updates on developments.
