Good guys, efficient and thorough - they did as they promised at a reasonable price

We had a great experience working with the team. They replaced our exterior cupboard door perfectly. There was high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and use their services again!

Sany and his team have been so professional and helpful. Several holes were detected in the floor under the kitchen units and my understairs cupboard. Initially Sany came out to lay traps and poison but then made me aware that I needed to take action to have the access holes dealt with to stop rats from entering the property again. Sany and the team returned and spent hours removing the kitchen units, filling in the holes in the floor and understairs cupboard, cementing them and boarding them up. He took photos during the process keeping me up to date. I am a very happy customer.

Turned up at very short notice (c. 30 minutes) on a Saturday afternoon to investigate a squirrel which had made its way into the rafters of the roof. Quickly identified the point of access and although they were not equipped to do the full repair to close the gap, they did block it sufficiently well to stop the animal getting access in the short term while we found a roofer to do it properly.

Highly recommended. Very reliable, they agreed to accommodate my working hours as I don't work from home and was only available in the evening, which helped a lot. Communication was really good, they explained what they were doing and all the steps we needed to take to get rid of mice. They solved my problem and I am very satisfied of their services!

Sany and his colleague went above and beyond - really fantastic work and very clear explanation of where the issue was arising from. Very competitive quote as well and came back for a second visit free of charge to check in. Highly recommend
