In short words, if you want peace of mind and a perfectionist Paul is your guy. I wish I had known Paul earlier. I called out to him to replace my TRV and LSV which were swapped by the original installers and also replace my old thermostat by Smart Drayton one. Paul did his work with utmost precision, professional and standards and also didn’t mind explaining me all the nuances and the work is going to do.
