20th January 2026 - Homeguard arrived at lunchtime from another job to start stripping roof. I suggested this was a bad idea as they would never get it completely stripped and weathered in 3 to 4 hours. The guys advised they were instructed by the owner of Homeguard to crack on with stripping the roof despite the weather forecast and to fit temporary weathering before they leave. T Minihane continued to advise against this considering the next 5 days weather forecast. Homeguard carried on in any case. From 21st January for 3 weeks; over 10 leaks and internal new finishes ruined

A roof tile needed replacing. Due to the original developer nailing the interlocking tiles to each other, they had to remove tiles than expected. They were professionally.

Did a great efficient job repairing the botch that a different company made a while back. Wish I had known about these guys back then.
