  Central heating system clean and flush plus advise with radiator balancing.

  Jackson completed a chemical flush of my rather old central heating system, replaced a faulty solenoid and provided sound advice and assistance with balancing radiators.

  Boiler inoperative - showing error fault

  Since Glenn retired and Jackson took over the service provided has been very disappointing. Jackson failed to understand the boiler fault error code telling us it was a manufacturers fault and advising us to call out to them. The manufacturer engineer took one look at code and told us our pump had packed up causing boiler to shut off and charged us £70.00 call out fee. This misdiagnosis by Jackson cost us £70.00, 3 days without heating or hot water plus we still had to call out a third firm to replace pump. By way of compensation we were offered only half of the manufacturer fee Jackson's error cost us

  Boiler replacement

  Glenn is the best plumber I have dealt with so far! Professional, on time and not overcharging. I would definitely recommend Home Gas Services Ltd. Also Sue, when you call to book is absolutely lovely lady to be dealing with.

  Central Heating Installation

  From start to finish, we were thoroughly impressed with the company, the staff and the quality of the work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have any form of central heating/ boiler works. They gave their honest opinion about equipment/ boilers and listened to what we wanted and where. They went out of their way to make sure everything was installed how and where we wanted it.

  Removal of old boiler and fitted new boiler

  Glen and Jackson arrived when agreed , carried out the work too remove the old central heating boiler and fit the new boiler , the workmanship was carried out too a high standard and cleaned up after work completed would recommend this company and will use them again

  Installation of new combi-boiler.

  Excellent and efficient service from a small local company. All good from the initial contact, through to obtaining a quote and then installation. Glen and Jackson were both courteous and respectful to us and our property whilst carrying out the work.
