  Josh, was great - from the 1st phone call to see if he could come out, to when he got me in to our premises. His was honest and upfront about costs and there was no stalling once he had reviewed what needed to be done. Although the job ended up, what turned out to be, a relatively simple one. He was there when he said he will be, charged what he said he would charge prior to seeing the job and no damage was done in the execution of the solution. I would definitely use him again. Although, nothing against Josh, but hopefully not for a while. 🙂

  All very. Had lost only car key in my son’s car. Josh was very prompt making contact and we arranged date for home visit. Arrived on time, job done, car on road with 2 new keys. Thank you

  Excellent, couldn’t recommend highly enough. Key to my husbands work truck for some reason just would not work… Answered call straight away, arrived within 30 minutes.. now have new lock, key re sinked. Super service, friendly knowledgeable guy.
