Quick response to initial posting. Work and price agreed. Turned up when he said he would. Job done quickly. Very happy.

Needed to get a lock/handle installed on a bedroom door in a share flat. He was great, managed to get to me within two days (he had earlier availability), really easy to deal with. Very polite and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use again in the future.

Nice bloke on the phone but didn't turn up or respond to any messages on the day or the previous day; and hasn't said anything since.
