    Unblocking pipes in bathroom, fixing flush for 1 toilet and replacing flush for second toilet.

    Responded rapidly to messages. Able to attend quickly and came at the time arranged. Sensible advice around management. Came back to fit the new flush and sorted the outstanding issue with the other toilet.
