Really good communication throughout. Very polite and efficient in working manner. Able to work out issue and completed work tidily. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to others.

Responded rapidly to messages. Able to attend quickly and came at the time arranged. Sensible advice around management. Came back to fit the new flush and sorted the outstanding issue with the other toilet.

Homefix were very helpful and very thorough in their work. There were a few issues with the original work, but they went over and above to ensure all issues were rectified. Communication was always prompt and friendly. I would therefore recommend them and would happily use them again.

Homeserve were an excellent choice for my work. They were responsive, easy to contact and attended promptly. Their charges were very reasonable - we rejected the previous company (RB Poolman as they charged just £120 for a 15 minute visit, and wished to charge us almost £500 to complete the job. I shall definitely contact them again - at the top of our list.
