From first phone call to getting everything fitted and installed the whole team Has been amazing. Sammi was great at explaining everything to us in detail and going through all our options and the two guys Ben and Alex that came to install my PIV and extractor and fogging were both brilliant. Can’t thank the whole team enough.

Well where to start, the lads are amazing very knowledgeable on what they are doing. On time every time and well presented. Very clean and tried, kai and Sam work well together always have a crack the work was amazing, every day they showed us what they had done. Can't thank them enough good work lads

Very happy with company from start to finish. Damp proof course done. Craig was punctual. Friendly. Everything explained before work started and after it was finished.

The two guys who came were very pleasant and worked hard to complete the job. However when they arrived they didn't have everything they needed so had to go off to our local B&Q . The extractor fan they fitted had a fault on it but they returned three weeks later and replaced it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Despite the initial positive experience with employee who measured up and provided a quote, this company is not a good choice. The trades team left the house in a mess, broke one of my plug sockets, and took a pillow with them when they left which has yet to be returned. They also pressure you into leaving a review before they will leave your house, telling you what to write. The main issue however, is that despite spending over £4,000 the damp proofing HAS NOT WORKED. I have sent multiple emails to the customer service team regarding since and have been IGNORED.
