  Windows and Doors replaced

  I highly recommend this company and the team of fitters that did the windows and door replacement. From start to finish there was good communication from the office, the fitters were exceptional, they went out of their way to make it as stressless as possible, they were punctual, polite a credit to their company. The windows and doors look amazing and have made such a difference to the property. A huge thank you to the whole team and Company.

  Initial competitive quote in Dec 2024, John and all the team have dealt with it professionally. Excellent advice, while measuring for the quote of Patio doors, Back door and Kitchen window. Lauren and the office team made samples available to assess the door furniture and finish, plus good email and phone liaison. On fitting, John and the fitting team did a nice job, well finished, with a nice clean up at the end. The second occasion I have used Homecrest, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They are an Efficient, Effective and friendly company. Well done everyone.

  Good Workmanship but awful customer service

  Stated installation from order will be 2-3 weeks, it came to that length of time and no update from them. Had to chase up on several occasions, no replies, also said would call on certain date and never did, awful customer service (I have email and calls trails). installation time was nearly double what they stated Workmanship was very good, they cracked part of the window when installing but was rectified quickly. If it wasn't for their awful customer service and communications, I would use again but for future jobs I require, I will be going elsewhere

  Replacement of sealed double glazing unit.

  Quick response to initial query and also measurement survey arranged very quickly too. Unit was manufactured and fitted within a couple of weeks, with minimum fuss and is a very well matched fit for the existing Georgian bars. All staff from initial visit to fitters and to office staff for payments were helpful and cheerful. All round great job.
