    Rip out and fit of a new kitchen

    Lori is friendly and easy to work with. He is an expert with DIYKitchens. He helped me turn my initial DIYKitchen design into a something that was installable and would work. During the project Lori was clear with comms, he turned up on time, he was tidy and organised, and as you'd expect he did a great job installing the kitchen. However he was let down by one of the other trades he'd organised (plumbing, electrics, plasterer) who just didnt turn up for days. This created a frustrating delay in the project. I felt Lori could have been more proactive in resolving this and kept us on schedule.

    Lori did a wonderful job building and fitting our Wren kitchen. He had a thoughtful and perfectionist approch throughout. He made sure everything was done properly and to a very high standard. He enjoys the problem solving aspect which is part of the job. We liaised with Wrens concerning a couple of solvable hiccups- Lori installed complete confidence when sorting out these queries. He is a complete professional and a very hard worker. I recommend him whole heartedly. My kitchen looks amazing and there are NO SNAGS! Its looks wonderful.
