I wanted to extend my WiFi to my Garden House and Jon was very quick to a good solution. He came punctually on the allotted day and installed and tested the cabling and new WiFi hub effectively. I was very pleased with the result and now have reliable WiFi performance in my Garden Room. Not the greatest at tidying up afterwards but I was ok with that. I'd have no problem in recommending Jon.

Diagnosing and fixing a sudden occurrence of poor reception

Home Connected (Jonny) were one of the first to contact me and we quickly arranged a time. They turned up a few minutes early and through a series of tests quickly diagnosed the problem to a faulty power supply to the signal amplifier. The solution was for a new power supplier to be fitted but I also wanted a new amp;ifier (my one was at least 10 years old) plus the aerial cable rerouted to a new location for the TV. Jonny said he could do the work there and then and completed it virtually within the hour. My smart TV now has perfect reception and I'm very pleased. A good recommendation.

Fixed unreliable TV signal and rerouted Aerial cable

Jonny turned up and, through testing, immediately traced the broken signal problem to a power supply unit (for a signal amplifier). He replaced the power supply and the old amplifier (which I requested at the time) and rerouted the cable. He did all this in an hour. The job was tidy, quick, effective and polite. Happy all round and happy to recommend. Thank you Jonny.
