  I need Windows 11 on my computer and spoke to Joshua and his help, advice and lovely manner and attitude were a genuine credit to H.C.H. Being 86 years old my computer knowledge is almost zero, so I was more than happy that his advice was so good. He even called me back when I asked for more advice! Cannot praise his lelp etc enough.
