Marco was lovely spent a lot of time at the start upstairs a whole week on and off with days off here and there and then came weekends with no notice and then he spent a few days DS and to be honest it looks like I’ve done it myself and not like I thought it would as it’s unfinished. I would have thought if there was wallpaper previously then you need to remove before painting not going over and all the door hinges, handles, and locks were painted over and over the doors and windows were not finished or the kitchen ceiling, drips of paint everywhere and flooring ruined with paint.

We are disappointed to read this review as it does not reflect the circumstances of the project. Several issues raised were pre-existing prior to our work, as shown in our before-and-after photos. The client expressed satisfaction throughout and raised no concerns until final payment. We were not given the opportunity to address any snagging. The flooring had already been removed and protection was not required. Wallpaper removal was not included in the agreed scope. This review does not fairly represent the service provided and may be misleading.
