Highly recommend Home Approved based on my recent experience of having a full structural survey on a converted maisonette in a period property. The level of detail combined with risks, advice and estimated costs has been invaluable for me when considering whether to move forwards with this property. The survey content was well structured, easy to digest and Matthew was on hand to discuss questions I had off the back of this and provide impartial advice. I also really appreciated their flexibility having had to move survey dates a few times earlier in the process. 10/10

The company had offered professional service. They promised to provide the level 3 report in 3 working days. For me, I received the report 2 days after the survey was performed. As a result, I have more time to review details about the property prior to proceed next steps.
