We asked for a survey of a maisonette that we were purchasing. This was organised very quickly and the survey was completed and the report sent very promptly. The 60 page report was excellent, providing enormous detail on the property and the surveyor had been very conscientious in looking in detail at the roof, moving boards in cupboards to check for damp etc. We would strongly recommend this firm.

Really responsive, explained the differences between the levels of survey so we could decide which was right for us. Report was very thorough, well laid out, logical and easy to understand. Report was received it exactly when they said it would be. Would absolutely recommend.
