Had a job quoted back in December 2023, came out initially and diagnosed as hob switch, didn’t have the part in stock so was ordered, paid for job upfront as I was moving out of the house but wanted it repaired for new owner, had no contact with him for a month and job was never done, when he replied he told me he had annual leave and someone else should have done the job but didn’t, promised to refund me but now no contact back for over a week and lost nearly £150Verified reviewerJob location: B3810 Dishwasher repair

Came out initially to access job and gave us a date to come do repair. Had time off work and they never turned up. Contacted them and took them several days to reply.
